How do we benefit from Wedding Road managing weddings for our venue in place of a designated staff member?
It’s a better financial decision. There is no superannuation to pay, no sick leave and one less staff member to manage. Wedding Road are expert sales people that live and breath the wedding industry so they know what drives sales and what your clients are looking for.
Who looks after the emails and communication with the wedding couples if Wedding Road manages weddings for our venue?
We take care of the entire customer process. From the point of enquiry right through to the hand over to the venue of the wedding day run sheet. We communicate all information to the venue in our detailed documents outlining everything needed for each wedding.
What about clients invoicing and booking forms?
Wedding Road look after all client contracts and booking forms, as well as invoicing and payments with your bank details and pricing structure. We also follow terms and conditions that have been set by you and your business.
Do we need to have our own wedding management systems in place to be able to bring you into our team?
Don’t be discouraged if you haven’t yet set up your business to be able to manage weddings. This is our specialty. We have systems and processes in place that we can tailor to your venue’s needs to make sure wedding sales kick off without a hitch and keep on growing within your business. We can start by organising a photo shoot to give you an image gallery that sells. Then we work through package creation with you before putting your venue out to the wedding market.
We don’t need Wedding Road to do it for us, but can you help us improve our processes and systems?
Yes! We are system nerds. We have to be to keep up with the 300+ couples we work with each year. We can come into your business for a few days and share our systems with you, set them up and make sure you are up and running for the future so nothing is being missed.
Would Wedding Road provide sales training for our team?
We would love to! For small or large teams we provide sales training on all areas of the sales funnel. Plus we teach you the steps to attract, convert and close more wedding bookings.
