Are we able to meet with you to ensure you're our perfect fit?
Absolutely! We offer a free initial consultation, either via Zoom or face to face.
Do you help find the right venue for our day?
Yes. Our packages offer a range of services to meet your needs, wherever you are in the planning stages. Be it the day after you said ‘yes’, or after you’ve booked everything in and simply need help to bring it all together. Let us know and we can help.
How much does wedding planning cost and when do we pay?
We have created some packages that you can look at here.
If you don’t feel like your situation fits into a specific package we can complete a proposal for you based on what you need. Once you decide we ask for a non-refundable deposit payment of $500.00 to secure your booking. The final payment is due 14 days prior to your wedding date.
Are we there on the day?
We sure are. And we’ll hold your hand, help you breathe and make sure everything is perfect.
Can I use Wedding Road’s run sheet and planning tools and organise my own wedding?
Yes. Here you will find all of our secret planning tools that we (as the experts) use to plan weddings.
Will Wedding Road set up and pack down our items?
Yes. We can do all of this for you. Make sure you let us know before we quote you on your wedding planning specifics so there are no additional costs later down the track. Just make sure we are not lifting heavy items and we are given enough time for the set up.
